Snowgaine at Coronet Peak Ski Field, Sunday 17th September, 2023

Come and compete in the second ever ski-rogaine at Coronet peak and prepare to visit some of the lesser known bowls and basins of Coronet peak using our summer rogaine map!

In a team you must navigate your way to as many (or as few) checkpoints worth different amounts as you can in 2 or 4 hours. You will be given a map and some time to plan your course before you begin. You can use the lifts to get a ride up, or you can skin up (details around this to be confirmed).

You may need to skin or boot pack to some of the further out controls. This is a family friendly event, so there will also be lots of close by and easy checkpoints for kids to find from the chair lift.

The duration is 2hrs or 4 hrs, ski or snowboard using lifts or skin up and you can compete in teams of 2 or more.

Registration is up at the field in the base building or on the deck (weather dependant) from 9.30am and we will start you off around 10.30.
